I appreciate the information but am unable to get the full S1 off the SEC Site. I don't subscribe to Edgars. I didn't see it in what I could access but I'm very glad he is an investor. I hope he is better with his picks then Mark Cuban was with Vringo. It would be hard to find a more astute investor then Mr. Morris. Nice he is with us on this one.

Hi Data would you explain the differences between these columns for Moris Smith please since I am not sure if interpreted correctly.

I confirm to the Board that Moris is on the list as stated by Data.


1) # shares owned prior to offering
2) # of shares offered hereby
3) # of shares owned after offering
