The problem is that PHOT in NOT on the OCTQB -it has been fighting to get back to open trading since it was quickly taken off of that
status . The filing was withdrawn and they have not been returned to OCTQB . MH even mentions it in his tweet about his efforts to return
to OCTQB status.
