Wrong! It is very clear everything gets paid a few days after the sale is closed. The court will not allow the company to delay payment it owes. The good news is you and justinfish just showed since fraud is involved the sale will be null and void.
The court has no jurisdiction over CIC payments the court cannot stop the company from paying those if it wants. You better plan on taking that up in a civil lawsuit.
