Nice post bernard as usual. I agree with most of the things you said but I think things might unfold a bit different. Because the stock is so cheap right now and there is relatively little awareness of this gem, and adding the fact that we don't even know the terms of this buyout, I think the price will steadily incline after the jump on Monday (or Tuesday--isn't it a holiday Monday?) until we get news of the exact details.
I don't want to get too ahead of myself but I can easily see this company selling for 10 million+, which would be a tenbagger from these levels. I think a lot of people are going to realize this and a flood of buying is gonna happen and will be sustained until the market cap gets too high or we get further news.
This is just my $0.02 though, I've never been in this situation before and I could be totally wrong.
