Encounter Technologies Inc does need to reset... 500 million SS ? Is that 100 million H&G and 400 million Encounter Tech Inc Restricted ?

SREH needs to reset also... 500 million SS ? 2 million SREH restricted and 3 million MIA ENTI X 100 should be 500 million at .04 - .10 forever ? Well at least until you get 240,000,000 control shares out. Wouldn't .10 change the par value on 2.4 billion to .01 ?
