It will be a late Christmas!
I looked into assert acquisition stuff more and things look very good for us.

I guess, by law the company has to give out an 8-k within the deal going into effect. Therefore, all the money gained from this transaction will be distributed to its share holders .

Considering that the deal must be pretty dang good considering their growth is currently awesome across many markets, the money gained from this will be awesome!!!
