As such, the agreements they made may become null and void.
Due to the vast sums of money involved, the Federal Sentencing Guidelines will certainly translate into not only fines but also incarceration.
No, fraud charges have not yet been made.
The Feds are doing their due diligence now.
I am buying more next week.
