GM shajandr, hope the new year is good to you. I agree that a pennystock with no assets ( beside cash) is fairly worth less than a drum company with sales and pipelines and all the other stuff.
You seem to have a lot of knowledge of the industry , so if KBIO does get the voucher and it is woth , let's say the present market cap (55 mm) , how would that translate to a value ?
I spoke yesterday to an asset manager and I just asked him why somebody would put up the money , he said it would most likely lead to the sale of the entire company. That being said what would the company be worth if they do get the voucher?
I would appreciate any input you have because to this point you have been correct in your assessment.
I would make a guess and say two to three times the voucher value so that in this case would be 8-12 bucks?
What's your take?
