The scenario which you just identified is entirely possible and is precisely why I highly, highly doubt that any investor would ever be willing to lend any amount of money to GDSI to buy anything - especially a nearly-bankrupt company which is based in a third-world country which appears to be on the brink of a depression.

MBL, have any viz on the SEC's case? There was a court update March 7th. Maybe that was the recent GDSI buzz. Didn't you have a pacermonitor acct? Interesting to read the docs provided. It's weird GDSI is not saying anything at all.
