1nt10a - I am surprised that Seth Gerszberg has momentarily escaped the limelight. He was instrumental in the "Major Event" orcrastration. He was very much in control. Very tight with P.P. as well. Also still hiding under the covers is Gregg Donnenfrld, his long time attorney and now COO of Zapata Industries. Speaking of Zapata, they still show our Robert as a key contact person. Is it kosher for him to wear two hats now?
Exactly, he was pleading to us to come to our senses and drop the lawsuit so he can save valued shareholders the monies that will be devoured by interest and Atty fees. Or,more precisely he wants to ring the register before further investigation allows the judge to freeze the funds.
