I've seen it. I can't remember which stock it was around feb last year but in 3 hours it went from .0001 to .027 in literally 3 hours and closed at .021. It maintained that level for about a month before it dropped to .005.

Yes that is true, I have as well, anything is possible in this game...2017 will be a great year for DCAC & to us investors...GLTA
