Why is a company like L3 taking people like McGann as employees if he is a criminal? Do they not know all these allegations? Don't they know these people may be tied up in litigation for awhile? Has anyone contacted L3 and let them know about this?
Exactly. The firm responsible for committing a $1.3B fraud is obviously going to be willing to break the law to keep their one real source of cash flow going.
We'll see if they can prove it. It sounded like things were getting desperate, so I'm sure they will be able to.
