From what I gathered it's Yoder's shell and Boley will head Nutrafill, no idea what the deal is between those two to is. No Natario has ZERO involvement in this anymore, I would be making sure everyone knew if he did!
I believe as long as it trades which it has been sporadically it won't be wiped out. There have been some recent corporate filings available to the public that suggests things may be about to come to fruition. I was told the con men who owned the shell even before Joel left this thing in shambles, the delay has been getting it cleaned up. I have a feeling Gustin quickly realized the same after Joel tried to dump it on him and he bailed out instead.
