It was not just an indictment, there was also sentencing.

A grand jury document is simply an opinion. It is not a judgment of guilty, simply a statement that someone MIGHT BE.

Given that, why post about the general duties of a Grand Jury? Since there was a sentencing phase, the trial obviously moved beyond the indictment. The sentence
was passed down byJudge Ryskamp from the State of Florida.

You seem to be asserting that the party was punished by the Judge without being declared guilty? Or do you claim the document is not legitimate?
