My guess is Bordynuik will re-buy the dormant shell from Heddle in another year, reverse the snot out of current holders, and be on his merry way.
Heddle just has to hold the fort for another year, forestall any lawsuits that would bring discovery about who got the ~$70 million wasted here, and Bordynuik will make him whole. Done and done.
Doesn't matter who's running the show the machine still is a worthless turd. 3 different CEOs and none of them has proved to be the machine has demand.
