I have not researched McCusker enough to have an opinion other than that the method of going public is highly suspicious, and improbable for a legitimate investment.

Real companies can go public legitimate thru various means for around 250K. File a Form 10 or S-1 registration with the SEC and go public fresh and clean.

Much less baggage, and potential liabilities unknown from the previous shell which may come crawling out.

Hijacked shells reverse merging into private businesses are highly suspect.

I have never seen one turn out to be legitimate.
