Anyways, it turns out that infecting mosquitos with Wolbachia bacteria makes the mosquitos immune to dengue, Zika, and other viruses:
There's another company trying to introduce a more virulent strain of Wolbachia intracellular bacteria into male mosquitos such that all offspring will die. The company is named MosquitoMate:
and there is intrexon as well, which genetically modifies the mosquitos.
The eliminate dengue method seems the best solution.
I also like Inovio's DNA based vaccines and DNA based antibodies, which have shown promise in both Zika and Chikungunya animal models (and Zika vaccine looks good in humans so far).
