an agreement with investors from Qatar for securing
funds for the purchase the 130 acres Alpine Spring
property....


Oct 12, 2016 -

.....Also Boreal is working to conclude the terms for
the four year re-audits with an auditor firm form
California to meet SEC requirements. We plan to
finish this agreement in time for Oct 18, 2016 when
the temporary suspension is finished....
