Not really. All facts support the massive printing of paper and a massive failure to execute anything remotely resembling business or business aptitude. They couldn't even break .0002 in the past 52 weeks while printing 13,000,000,000 shares. So, unfortunately, the flunkies behind the scenes are even less capable than their cohorts in other scam P and D's. Truly, the lowest of the low, a preschool girls basketball team facing NBA All Stars by comparison...they may move it post massive RS, if they can tell a creative story, find a qualified pump group to support them, and are willing to spend money to pay them. If not, they'll skip the 10K and go quiet until Signorina finds someone to absorb the shell and cash out his shares and/or filters everything through a subsidiary...typical OTC playbook. Rarely, does any actual business exist.
