Wayne says he will register the shares. If so, they will not be restricted.

Try selling them though. At best a 15c-211 is another 6 months away.

Wayne should be able to get audited financials for GCC as it hasn't done anything for two years. An auditor can look at it and say "Yup. NADA"

That all said, it is the same BS we have heard for years. We were going to have reg statements and audits years ago according to this scammer.

And getting FINRA to approve this "divy" will be interesting also.

It's a scam.
