Thanks for the reply....I actually finally got an email back from Frank today but all he said was this

"The i-texts dividend is on record with the transfer agent.

The website is www.i-texts.com."

I replied back asking who and how I could contact the transfer agent and when would the dividend be available to trade.....

No answer as of yet.....typical
