A lot of people are in this stock because of S&G (with good reason).
However, I think that Kidrin being the biggest stock holder trumps S&G. There is no away he would do something to tank this stock. He has the inside info that we do not know on the financial strategy with the appeal. He would not appeal if he didn't have the $$$ properly appropriated to do so.
Even though it's been 5 years, people just need to be patient for another 8 months. I doubled my position in the last week and will continue to put my discretionary income into this stock. Of course it's not a guaranteed loto ticket, but it's looking pretty good.
