March 1, 2005 - Mr. Pang Guisan, Chairman of Beijing Jinche Yingang Auto Repair Centre Co., Ltd. and Mr. Jerry Eicke, Managing Director of Cornell Capital Partners, LP, signed the Letter of Intent at Beijing Xin-Tai Building;

April 2, 2005 - Mr. Alan Refkin, Senior Advisor of Cornell Capital and Kin Quek, Advisor of Cornell Capital visited Jinche to discuss the details of forming a Sino-US Joint Venture;

June 18, 2005 - Mr. Alan Refkin, Mr. Kin Quek and Ms Sarah Zhao, Partner of USA legal firm Holland & Knight, visited Jinche to go over details of JV documents;

June 20, 2005 - Jinche and NeoMedia Technologies Inc. signed the LOI of Distributing Micropaint Repair products for NeoMedia;
August 2, 2005 - The JV Company formed by Jinche and Mayflower Auto Group was signed into effect.

August 22, 2005 - The Senior Executives of Jinche were invited by Cornell Capital to visit USA. The Jinche Delegates met with executives of PPG and DuPont during this trip. They also visited PPG Headquarters and met with senior executives of PPG.

August 23, 2005 - Beijing Sino-US Jinche Yingang Auto Technological Services Co., Ltd. was approved by Beijing City Government to be a legal Sino-US JV entity.

August 23, 2005 - Beijing Sino-US Jinche Yingang Auto Technological Services Co., Ltd. registered at the Beijing Industrial and Commercial Bureau with a registered capital of 11.78 Million US Dollars.

September 16, 2005 - The USA funds for the first investment installment was wired to the JV Company to start its operations.

September 22, 2005 - The JV Company Headquarters moved into the current address at Digtial Tower A of Zhong Guan Cun, starting a new page in JVC's history.

September 24, 2005 - Mr. Alan Refkin, Senior Advisor of Cornell Capital, Mr. Kin Quek, Advisor of Cornell Capital, Mr. Scott Cray, Director of Mayflower Auto Group and Mr. Jose Sada, DS Capital Managing Partner, visited JVC to discuss details of Grand Opening Ceremony and other JV projects.

September 26, 2005 - Mr. Mike McMillan, Global Strategic Manager for DuPont visited us to discuss details of the cooperation.

October 16, 2005 - Mr. Zhang Xiaoyu, Chairman of China Automobile Association and Mr. Jiang Binjie, Head of Police Department came to visit and provide their guidance;

November 10, 2005 - This date is set for the Grand Opening of Beijing Sino-US Jinche Yingang Auto Technological Services Co., Ltd. The Grand Opening Ceremony was held at The Great Hall of the People in Beijing at 1:30PM.
