Just to humor you:

My definition of win?

I use the same one as in the dictionary.

noun
1.
a successful result in a contest, conflict, bet, or other endeavor; a victory.

For very few people invested in this company is this the case.

But Nelson won, he did exactly what he needed to do. He made his money and got the people who created the company rich by raiding the shareholders.

In one case he was able to give his buddies with the p-notes over $1,000,000 of shareholder cash just to borrow under $100,000 for less than one year. The fact that he retained some credibility after doing this is a huge win for him, although he has lost that now. Now the market is treating him like the con man he has always been.

I think he himself is surprised this operation got this far, he did dump 100% of his shares in 2014 after all.

As for BioSolar, I don't think Heeger is closely involved at all. It's pretty typical for these tech scams to try and get some big name associated in some tiny way so they can say "You can't call this a scam! Person X is involved are you saying they are a scammer?"

It's a marketing ploy. It's very easy to hire some big name to sit on the BoD (Heeger isn't even doing that" or license their technology even if it's not commercially viable.

Anyway the numbers for BSRC speak for themselves, it's just another R/S dilution scam:

I bet if you open up their latest 10-Q you will see a massive amount of shares that can be dumped at any time and at any price on the market.
