Exactly no reason for it. Look at the preferred C's from the filings given to the insiders. They care less about the commons here. 1:10,000 RS get Pps back up over a few dollars where it was before they brought it down and then convert the C shares and bank Big. Crappy move here IMO, hard to create any following of a stock if you treat shareholders that way,
