This stock is already thinly traded. After the RS, 100 or 200 shares trade daily? Or most likely zero on many days. This will be in dollars when reverse. So you expect it will trade over 10 dollars? 1 for 10k reverse here. If he think he can uplist to Nasdaq he's out of his mind.
