More than likely the radical Islamists are simply waiting for a change of administrations before they begin their attacks here in America. IMO Trump should have Obama arrested if even ONE terrorist proves to be someone who he let into the country via the refugee transfers. The blame should be squarely on Obama's shoulders in a case like that.
