In Lopperts offer to settle he admitted guilt to the charges one of which was using GDSI as a vehicle to commit the fraud, so like you say there is really nothing positive in that.
I don't really know what kind of actions the SEC takes against Companies that are used as the method of creating the fraud, I suppose it won't be long now until we find out though.
I suspect Sullivan will offer a plea soon and GDSI should have already. The guilt of the Company is kinda sealed deal now.
I understand the Company was used by the previous officers to commit the fraud but that is not an excuse that is the Charge LOL
