another approach:

Penny Ta and other good chartists(I am a fair, but
not an expert by any means), along with fundamentals,
state this stock will be up to 0.40 in a week or two!
Perhaps, higher on MOMO.

So, I am buying tomorrow at 0.08 cents, even if it
drifts to 0.06. If it goes to 0.40 cent per share,
I have at LEAST 5x my initial investment. Not bad!
Heck, I will buy it at 0.20.

I believe most people are holding more much more.

Also, as others point out, people are not going to want
to miss the boat on this one! That will drive the position
upwards: MOMO and anticipation alone.
