Fabius.....at this point of course it's all conjecture, but it could as simple as Dr Odidi, is as tired of the price action on the stock as we are. so, at his age he does need to think of retiring. so he is just emerging himself into his work and to build the company and its technology.
again, you have 1 person doing most everything. Penna is allowed only so much latitude. I am sure right now Odidi is more focused on closing the deal for Rexista, then getting Regabatin setup for its next step. with the money they receive from Rexista they could do the phase 2 or 3 trials themselves or they may go right to partner and let the partner do them but with Lyrica going off patent in 2018 and the tests taking at least a year they probably want to move on that as soon as they get money.
at that point, he may just figure let things run its course. Its hard to say. but i it sad when you read stories of opiod abuse and they mention upcoming drugs and IPCI is not even mentioned.
