Thanks you and do address removing the lawyer that assisted in selling the ORRV entity. Seems to be it is creating some negative speculation that a private company of 20 years does not need when going public. Thanks in advance.

Can you clarify the comment

The Company further expects that the contemplated, definitive agreement and plan of merger will cause the stockholders of the Company to own approximately 95% of the total issued and outstanding common stock of the combined entity.

What does that mean , that the private company will own 95% and that the last 5% will be on the open market ? or that all mccusker will be distributed in 95% of the shares hence currently share holders of ORRV will more or less own 95% or Mccusker and the remaining 5% will be in whos hands ?
