Most of these bios these days are retail swing trade driven.So many small cap bios are absolute turds that refuse to go up, until one day they aren't. That day will no doubt come here, the question is when. It could be tomorrow, it could be Q1 2017. That's why you do due diligence. When you know what you have, you don't mind waiting, you just want to make sure you are in when it goes, as you'll never time it perfectly.
+ don't forget the float is tiny so could be either driven down or up. Market cap is only 2m a/o today for P2/3 Company. even fully diluted still a joke relating market potential, Cash on hand and recent developments in Europe.
