in the flud-melp conditioning study 7 out of 31 patients died but of various causes. 2 of VOD and 1 renal.

the sgen press release makes it seem more liver related but then that might not necessarily be so. how many are several? and are 4 fatal events related to VOD? lastly, i think N = 42 in the transplant but im not certain. TBD i guess.
