Once upon a time (seems like only yesterday) there was talk of spinning off Clipstream into a separate company. However as noted in the links below that particular plan was scrapped. I don't remember and did not search further in the news archives to see if a spinoff was publicly discussed again in a DSNY news release.
Perhaps once everyone at DSNY is back from holiday at their cabins they will issue some sort of PR about having been mentioned in the pricey research report.
