What I learned from 2009, 2014 Mj runs and I have been in both and made money its picking low OS and one with Canna name or hemp name in them. ITs not about financials during the rush as its not a long term invested but EFFI should be in 1 cents range with no problem. Good luck as I am getting ready for a pop but Jan 2016 it lasted only 2-3 days so be careful and be ready pull out if you see this coming.
