The pps does not always dictate the value of an asset. I looked at a company this past weekend that filed to go dark in 2014, had no income this past quarter and just changed their strategy once again to enter a completely different industry. That stock is currently trading over .002 and tops the most active board on most days.

If I could own a company that made 9mil a year and that pays a salary of 180k as well as providing an income to other people I'd love it. The pps is low because they filed for reorganization due to debt and litigation in addition to the filings being late.

That will be rectified shortly.
