Do a search on 10K Wizard for Mitchell S. Nussbaum - he's the guy (attorney) that seems to put these scams together. Also, check "Rim Capital Holdings, LLC, Rim CG, LLC & RCG, LLC" - they are the toxic CD holders for SHRN & were also the ones involved with IRAC (ITRD), a Nussen Co. that simply collapsed leaving many bagholders.
SHRN & MSMC also have the same PR person, M. Gluzman and the same connection to "Beryl Wolk". If you go to www. greedorfear.com, you will also see that both companies were profiled the same day by that site. There are others too, but I don't want to bore you.
Personally, I'd think that the CD holders would want to short from a higher level - it could go up but don't get greedy. These people are ruthless & brutal when it starts to collapse. IMO.
