POTN - Loyalhound, good to see your post! To be honest, the reverse split really took away my interest (and shares) in POTN. I have not followed it as closely as I probably should have. So, I don't have the answer to your question about the current business model. I have never filed a complaint with the SEC about any company....but somebody needs to look into those purported sales totals the company gave us.
