Company has mentioned "strategic partnerships"--depending on details that could move the stock. Also, a settlement with another potential infringer in exchange for immunity from a future suit could move the stock. These possibilities exist but are difficult to quantify as to risk/benefit at present.

If they get the claims they lost during the IPR the trial date and process will not matter in the slightest. This will settle shortly thereafter.
