Not really a sign of confidence.

They needed basically a 100% interest rate per year to loan PRZM money.

Even credit cards only charge 30%.

Not really expecting anything until Jan. 9 when the court is back for January session.

Sucks that we had our date so close to the year end holidays.

Hopefully we get good news, but the longer the wait, the better it is for Sprint. Typically, longer waits favor the side looking to overturn decisions.
