Wow....he burned himself. Good thing I'm not expecting dollars from this due to share structure but that can be improved thus raising the cap further. I'm positive the increase was due to collateral to repay the notes and taxes. It was stated in a August PR Being that if that was collateral backed I'm assuming the share structure can be changed to reflect the payment of debts and the fact that it was done with non toxic debt is a good business decision.
