The idea of Verizon increasing the shares in order to use this share structure and dilute the share holder of record into oblivion so they make this part of the company a spin off separate company is working .
Only problem is the O/S is still about 12.5 billion and that 18 billion converted debt hasn't been converted in common shares. Well no filling of it. And it can not be increased to 288 billion without filling with the SEC. so I call BS......
