If the regulatory agencies were documenting every word of Serfdom, they would have executed search warrants on Paul Taylor's house in Delray Beach, Florida, to obtain documentary evidence of the entire scheme.

What Paul doesn't seem to understand is that he is just a fired consultant to the company, not an officer.
