My interpretation is correct. I DO know the difference between a criminal case and a private civil lawsuit, and I know what a prosecutor is. I also know what the Federal Securities laws are.
I also know that the Powerup vs. TALK lawsuit is public information. The related documents are public and available on PACER to anyone. There are absolutely NO restrictions on disclosure.
It is absolutely no excuse for TALK's failure to file with the SEC.
