Sorry, but that in no way supersedes SEC laws. You realize that most any large company has at least one, if not many, lawsuits underway in Federal Courts at any given time? And yet, all them are able to file their legally required documents with the SEC, and on time, too!
The Powerup lawsuit has ZERO to do with TALK's filing delinquency.
