I would say in addition to the anticipation of SIIR film and festival, someone knows some good news.

Restrictions have been lifted plus rumors. SIIR being finished and ready for the festival. Movie distribution deal. Movie release date. Never submit casting. lots of stuff going on over there at IPRE. They're working hard for us.

maybe its increasing because it was higher before the restrictions hit, and they are now off.... and the recent news about NS. its anyone guess, no one can really answer that question with fact
