I spoke to him last week. He told me that there is $19.5M the company has in non-public stock that no one is accounting for. I just checked and it shows Implant Sciences listed as investments $7.5M in Accurel stock and $12M in C Acquisition stock. How come no one mentioned that. It is in the court filing for Implant Sciences assets. Implant Sciences Assets and Liabilities

Also he said L3 is assuming $10M of the liabilities and said that is shown in the sale agreement.
