If they do a RS doing a 1 for 2 makes zero sense. They need to do one big shot and get the number of shares to a reasonable number, and raise the pps enough that fundraising will be easier.

My opinion would be that they should do a RS that cuts the shares down to just a few hundred million so that after fundraising they can still be under 1 bil shares. There is no point in doing a half ass RS.

The RS may sting at first but long term it will be better for the company and for trading. They should do it right the first time
