So, you are recommending holding, rather than selling, for tax loss? I have held thus stock thru it's "high"; believing, like many of you, this was really headed north. Only patience was needed. I'm debating to be one of those throwing in the towel, after five years. However, I also believe their is too much leading technology here, too many players involved, too much at stake for the stock to simply go away. Most of the posts now seem to be in reference to civil and criminal litigation. I'm constantly hoping for some "light at the end of the tunnel". I hold 18k shares.
