LOL, so Friday's *volume* day dump was because regulators are somehow not watching the supposed stock manipulation of PTOI because of the Holidays?
Please explain what regulators are doing during the other 51 weeks where this same manipulation is claimed daily?
After almost 10 years of colorful documentation, where can we find a single
enforcement action from any regulatory agency regarding this horrible abuse?
